Rubbing the heel of his hand over the center of his chest he looked at their mated bed in the penthouse. He missed her and his heart hurt without her but, he had messed up and damn his make pride for making him think she would understand. Looking at the phone that laid on the bed and thought about going to her father's and taking it to her and telling her to come back home. But he knew that would end with a door slammed in his face and more hurt then good. Walking into the living room he sat down and took his Mont Blanc pen she had bought him when they here mated and penned out a note on a yellow index card. Once he was finished he went back to their room and he found a box that Ehlena had kept in the closet, Taking that and the purple silk tie she wore the night she had tried on one of his suits, he laid it in the bx with the phone and put the note on top of it all.
Calling Trez he wait for the Shadow to show up. Knowing he would not even knock Rehv thought of something to use as a bow. Finding one of her silk stockings he tied in around the box making the best bow he could. Sensing Trez he will the door to the penthouse open and waited for Trez.
"Take this to her father's house and give it to one of the doggen. Tell them to give it to Ehlena and then leave don't wait for and answer. I need to call the florist and set up for them to stop by starting tomorrow." Handing the box to Trez he gripped his can and went to look out over the darkened skyline and hoped she would take him back.
