*She had told Butch she just had one more thing to take care of at SafePlace today. There was a new female coming in and she wanted to greet her.
She hadn't been feeling well but mustered up enough energy to present herself to the young female tonight. After showing her to her rooms and letting her settle herself in she walked down the stairs. Reaching the foot of the stairs she swayed a bit, grabbing on to the banister.
"Miss Marissa...are you...are you alright?" Lois was there with a very worried expression on her face.
Marissa took in deep draws of air through her nose to try and fight the faint feeling in her head.* Yes...yes, Lois I'm alright. Why do you ask?
Lois raised a brow and pointed to her own teeth, "Ma'am your fangs, have come out...did you not realize? You are also looking rather peaked."
*She shook her head and gave a weak smile, swallowing and forcing her fangs back into her gums, with a shudder.* I'm supposed to go see Butch in a minute...we have a date tonight. I might...*blushed a bit*...I may need to feed, I haven't in quite some time. I've been very busy.
Lois nodded and held took Marissa's hand, "I think you should try and sit for a minute before dematerializing back to the mansion....or I can call Fritz for the car?"
*Marissa shook her head* No, I'll just sit for a few minutes and then get back myself. It will be okay, I promise...feeling better already. *smiled*
"Alright, you go do that and get home to that hellren of yours." She smiled and continued on to the kitchen.
*Marissa went to her office and sat down heavily on the large leather sofa. She needed just a few minutes to get her head straight and would then get home to Butch...just a few minutes.
Closing her eyes...she smiled, she couldn't wait to get home to Butch. She then drifted off to sleep.*
