Meeting the Male

She had awaken to a text message. Fumbling with the phone she read what was said, sighed then smiled. Replied back quickly. "Kay. Will be there." The text message had been from Bella. She had found a male that would be willing to speak with her at least about the subject. She hoped he would be willing to actually to do this thing - she was afraid if she waited any longer she closed her eyes. The rolled over into Manny's embrace. Things had been a little smoother between them but as the shutters receded from the windows she knew she had no other choice but to wake him and inform him.

Leaning up she pressed a kiss to his lips and smiled against them when she felt him respond. One minute she was half propped up kissing him the next she was on her back with an awake Manny on top of her. She smiled and welcomed his next kiss and the following... and his entire good morning.

When they once again laid rested side by side she idly ran a hand over his chest. "Manny.." She said softly and go a hmm for a reply.

"Bella sent me a message..." She felt him tense and decided to rush through the next. "She found a male who would be willing to work with the conditions that we have laid out... and.." Manny pulled away from her and got out of the bed and headed over to the window and looked out into the night. Sighing she sat up and wrapped the blanket around her.

"When does he wish to meet you?" He asked.

She frowned and replied back, "Tonight if possible. He wants to hear from me apparently what the conditions are and when and why."

He nodded then moved to start getting dressed. "I'll see you afterwards then?"

"Manny..." She said softly but he lifted a hand to stop her.

"You have to do what you have to do Payne. You need someone to feed you and he can do this... therefore.. go. Do it. I'll see you when you are finished."

She tightened her hands into fist and watched as he left. She didn't know what to say or how to soothe him.

When he was gone she quickly took a shower and got ready in fighting gear. She would meet the male then get to patrol. No big deal. Right?

She demated to the Mask and headed in with only a nod to the bouncer. She looked around almost surprised that the male had agreed to meet her there. She walked up to the bar and saw a new face - she tilted her head to the side. One of her kind... She raised a brow but said nothing and did not order a drink. She was looking for an out of place male and she found him. He was leaning against a wall, a look of pure distaste on his face, even his clothes were out of place. She grinned and walked over to him and lifted a brow, "Are you Jahron?"

He flicked his eyes over her then looked away a snarl on his face. "I am and I am about to leave this waste land."

She frowned then stood beside him and looked the place over, it was a little out of taste for his line of people she supposed but Rehv owned it and the other ladies visited here and the brothers therefore it shouldn't be too bad.

"Perhaps if you looked at it from a different view? Yes? It would be a little better. Amusement? New Entertainment?"

She felt eyes land on her again and she looked over and smiled, "I am the woman Bella called you about.." She said softly.

"Ah... Payne? Correct?" Jahron asked.

She nodded and then gestured him towards the VIP section, they were both let up with out a problem. Getting a table she sat down and waited for him to join her. When a waitress came up to the table she once again denied anything he though ordered a drink. When she was gone he leaned back and looked at her. "So you need to feed? Is that it?"

She nodded, "It is probably exactly as Bella had explained. I am in need of a male to feed from. My..." She shook her head then tried again. "My mate is unable to do so due to the fact that he is.." she saw his eyes narrow and raised a brow.

"Human? You have a human male?" He asked a little harshly.

She nodded. "Yes and I do not like the tone you are taking about it. He is my male and my mate. Do not insult him."

Jahron laughed and then waved her to continue. "He knows who and what I am and has agreed to allow me to find a male of our race to feed from."

Jahron leaned forward. "He does understand feeding can sometimes lead to other things?"

She smiled tightly. "This will not. It is to be strictly feeding and that is all."

He leaned back again and considered her and she assumed the situation. "So is this going to be a call a quick meet then nothing more?"

She nodded. She was faithful to her healer. Jahron eyes narrowed. "Fine." He said then raised a brow. "Do you need a pick me up before we actually get this going?" He reached his arm across the table and she narrowed her eyes at the look on his face.

"No. I was thinking we could meet up later? Perhaps this weekend at an appropriate place."

Jahron nodded and stood up. "Here is my number and call it when you are ready and just give me the location. See you soon..."

He then disappeared back down the stairs and into the crowd.

She lifted a brow curious if all of the Glyemra was like that..
