Autumn had not come home. And he had sent her several texts. She was late and he had waited as long as he could possibly wait without going further into insanity than he teetered on now.

Grabbing his coat, he ran down the tunnel and came out of the door under the stairs and yelled, "I need a female. And I need one now."

Fritz came out of the kitchen blinking and said, "Pardon Sire Hharm."

He snarled, "Not like that. One that can go into Safe Place." He turned when he say Payne coming out of the billiard room. Glad that she had not gone shopping with the rest of the females. "Payne. I need you. Now."

She paused when she heard her name being bellowed across the hall. Turning she looked over at Tohrment who seemed to be biting at the bit. She raised a brow and headed over to him, "How may I be of service, Tohr..?"

"Autumn has not come home from Safe Place as of yet. And I cannot enter the place. I need you to do it. Go in, find out if she's working late or some other reason, and if not" he rubbed his fingers over his brow, "when she left. Where she went. Anything you can find out."

He held his phone up, "She's not answering the phone. And she usually lets me know when she's staying late." He yanked the sleeve of his coat up, "And dawn is a mere two fucking hours away."

He hissed, his fangs popping in aggravation "Will you help me?"

She looked at him then reached out and briefly touched his arm, "Do you really need to ask? Of course I will help you." She frowned, it was odd for Autumn to disappear without a word like that. "Come, let us find your answers."

He gave her a sharp nod and then walked out of the vestibule and then dematted the moment his boots hit the stones of the courtyard.

They reappeared in front of Safe Place. Pulling out his phone, he punched in a code remotely so the system knew it was friendly visitors and held his hand out to Payne, "If you could. Make it fast." Halted his commanding flow, realizing he had barked all that, "My apologies. I'm just really trying not to go freaked out male."

She raised a brow, "And I thank you for your restraint. Freaked out woman is hard enough to control. A fully sized brother. Nightmares."

She headed into the building quickly to gather the information that he needed. She spoke with one of the ladies. She was soon directed to Autumn's desk. With a nod she looked the desk over and in Autumn's plan book.

The woman who had been so helpful was even more helpful. She started to answer her questions. When exactly did Autumn leave? "Around ten with Xhex?" She frowned.. as she heard this. Apparently the appointment she had, had before hand had never showed up. She pondered this.

With a growl she headed out of Safe house to find Tohr pacing.

He started to ask her if Autumn was in there, but her face halted that question. "Shit. She's not in there is she?" He went to his haunches, hands on his chin, staring at Safe Place, "I knew she shouldn't have taken that fucking job. I told her. It wasn't safe."

He closed his eyes, "Again, panic mode is on a field day. Did you find anything out?" Stood and composed himself, though his fingers were digging into his palm to try to stay calm.

She shook her head, "Not much. The women in there were very helpful but the most they could tell me was - her last appointment at nine did not show and that she was last saw leaving at ten with Xhex." She shrugged, "Other then that we have a huge hunk of time still unaccounted for."

"Fuuuuckkk!" He paced and shook his fist, "I haven't fed in a week, we were going to do that tonight, so I can't use our blood to trace." He tried to calm. Tried not to let old fears surface. And completely failed. He shook his head and then nodded, "It's fine. History does not repeat itself."

He looked at Payne, "We look for her. Do we have any idea where to even look? Who to ask?" All questions he knew she had no answer for, and he hadn't been expecting any. All he had was questions. He felt completely helpless.

Pulling out his phone, tried to call her again, pacing at each ring, only for it to go to voice mail. He remembered when he gave her the cell phone. How she was unused to using it. But now, she knew. And why wasn't she picking up!

He hissed and then dialed Xhex's number. Same result. Finally he called John Matthew, who was escorting the king on visits. Voice mail there as well. By the Scribe, his whole fucking family was unaccounted for. He let out a roar of rage. "I need to do something. I can't just stand here and go nuts."

She looked at the brother. She felt for him, "Have you spoken with my twin?" She raised a brow, "Is he not a guru for all this technological stuff? See if he can trace her phone or perhaps Xhex?" She was unsure how all of it worked but perhaps it would help.

"We will find her Tohr."

He nodded as he took a few steps away from her. Calling Vishous barked out for traces to be done on both Xhex's phone and Autumn's. And his face fell, going back on his haunches. Per Vishous, the phones were off the grid. Which meant.....

Someone had them jammed or shielded. Or the phones had been destroyed. The phone dropped from his hand, the Brother still talking as he remembered that day. How Wellsie had been calling him, his number still showed on her phone that day.

But she never got the chance to send.

Turning away from the phone, leaving Vishous to scream at him via the device, he mumbled out, "I need to find my shellan."

And dematted.

She watched him leave. She then walked over and picked up his phone. Spoke quickly to her twin before disconnecting the phone call. She then muttered, "A little sign would be good mother.. point us in the right direction perhaps?" Shaking her head she dematted away from Safe House.
