Totally thankful the Interlopers had gone, after finding Tohr in the chapel praying. Selena had joined him and everyone else in the Mansion that had participated and been ridiculed for the last week in prayer. There were things that were great about our Traditions, however we did not live in the Old Country, some of us had never even seen the Old Country. So if it was still the 1600's there to them, then fine, keep your traditions. But we live in the 21st century in the New World and things were different here. And thank the SV that these people were not part of our lives on a regular basis.
They had no idea that Selena was continuing to record the Race's history. So they obviously had not consulted with the Scribe Virgin before coming here to just ridicule us. Sure there wasn't anyone being Sequestered any longer, since Phury set the Chosen free. And since she was the last on sequestered, the Temple of Sequestered Scribes was empty.
The Scribe Virgin, after allowing Phury to release the Chosen, well she seemed to not shine as brightly as before. And maybe that was due to not being worshiped as she should. Last eve though, with all of us praying, it seemed brighter. Maybe this is something we should do more often.
Perhaps Selena could go back to the Other Side more often and keep the histories up to date. Of course that would also depend upon the scribe Virgin. All the information comes from her first.
