She was standing at her large jewelery chest sifting through all the small earrings she had placed there over the years. There was a specific pair she was looking for. They looked very similar to the ones she had on today that Sarah loved so much, smaller and well...not real.

Hearing Butch walk through the door of the pit she smiled as she hummed a song in her head continuing her search. The bed room door opened and she turned slightly seeing her hellren walk through. "Hello, handsome. Come give your shellan a kiss." She moved her hair to one shoulder and raised her cheek so he could kiss.

*smirking as she presents her cheek, he grabs her face between his two large hands and turns it towards him and plants his lips over hers for a full on kiss. "That's how I like to kiss you baby. What are you doing in your jewelry box?

She smiled and sighed into him. Blinking up at him her thoughts momentarily gone she shook her head. "Oh, uh, OH! there is a young female at Safe Place, she is so precious. I caught her looking at the Diamond earrings you bought me for my birthday." Waved a hand around. "The were on my desk because I had taken them off for a phone call." Shook her head more, "Anyway, I was trying to see if I had an faux diamonds a little smaller that could be suitable for her."

Placed her arms around his neck and kissed his lips again, "I'm sorry I did not welcome you properly. I got distracted."

It's quite all right love. This child does she have parents? If you don't have a pair in your box we could always go buy her a pair if you want her to have them. *He smiles at the compassion his female has for others it makes him so proud*

Smiled and shook her head, "No she does have a Mahmen. One who is desperately trying to get back on her feet after her hellren left them. I just wanted to do something nice for her."

Went back to her looking, "I think I can find them. I have quite a few of them, I'm just trying to match them up. I never thought I would really need them again."

Tilted her head as she saw one poking through under a large pair of gaudy earrings she'd never worn. "AH HA!" Turned to Butch, "I found it." Held them up in her fingers for him to see. "See, they are the perfect size for one so small."

Will her mother be okay with you giving them to her? They do look a lot like the ones you have on.

Stopped, frowned a bit. "I...I think so. I suppose I should ask her." Nodded, "I'll do so tomorrow eve."

Turned and placed them in a small earring box an snapped it closed. "Butch, you should have seen her, she reminded me so much of myself when I was a young. She has blue eyes and long blonde bouncy hair. Her eyes lit up at the sight of the diamonds. Mine used to do the same thing."

Laughed and placed the earring box on the dresser top. "I've always loved feminine things."

I do love to see your eyes light up. You are beautiful anytime but that makes my heart do a double flip. *He thinks she will make a great mother to a daughter. Then think what the hell am I thinking I so so not know if I can handle the strain of her in that way and the risks that goes with it. Shrugs his shoulder and thinks he has handled everything else life had thrown at him he will deal as long as he has Marissa by his side he can handle anything. He kisses the top of her head.*

She stopped and smiled, narrowed her eyes. "I love that look you get when you are thinking. As if it is the most amazing thing in the world." Wrapped her arms around his waist. "I would love to know where you go when you drift off like that."

Oh baby my mind does tend to wander it goes in many directions. I love you and thank God daily for bringing you into my life. *He skirts the child thought.* I was thinking also that life can handle so many curve balls and we just have to handle what we are given kinda like that childs mother. They find themselves in tough situations yet can pull through.

She nodded, "I certainly agree, nallum."

Smiled and pulled at his hands backing up to the bed, sitting him on the edge she climbed into his lap, "So tell me of your adventures this eve."

*smiling as she climbs on his lap he inhales her scent and thinks there is nothing better anywhere.* Well we walked for miles and sent a few lessers back to the Omega. Scared the shit out of a human thug trying to rob a defenseless man with a pitiful knife. V wiped the mind of the man but the thug won't soon forget and it will take him a while to get the stain out of his shorts.

She blinked and started laughing, "Butch, you do get straight to the point don't you?"

Leaned her forehead against his and kissed his lips, "I'm happy you were able to help the defenseless man. See, you all do more than just fight lessers."

Yes we do sometimes we get to have some fun. I am always glad to come home though to the most beautiful female in all the world. Damn you smell good and I need to hop in shower so I don't make you snell as bad as I do. Care to join me? I will wash your back if you wash mine.

She grinned, leaning forward she nipped her fangs at his ear. "I'll wash more than your back."

Laughed as he hauled her up over his shoulder and carried her into the bathroom, she smacked playfully at his rear and squeezed. "I always love you in these leathers, this is a good view too."

He pulled her over and let her slide down his body, then took her mouth with his, pushing the door shut.
