Rehvenge had been staying at the Great Camp in the Adirondacks with Ehlena and the Chosen. Phury and Cormia were at the Mansion. It was still not long since Wrath had been shot in the neck by one of the Bastards. Vishous had confirmed one of them was definitely the shooter. Wrath had met with the Glymera as a show that he was just fine as rumors had abounded that he may be dead. The Shadows, Trez and iAm went along as extra protection for the meeting. Since then Trez and iAm had been move into the Mansion as well.
Selena had seen Trez and iAm for the first time at the Great Camp and Trez had been mesmerized by Selena. The second time was on the night that Qhuinn had been inducted as a Brother, at the party after the induction which just happened to be when Trez and iAm were moving in to the Mansion.
With Layla pregnant now and staying at the Mansion, Selena was the primary Chosen for the unmated members of the Brotherhood an the Brothers whose mate was unable to feed them because they were either human or a ghost as in Jane's case.
Selena had gone to feed Rhage and she ran into Trez then in the Mansion. He was so flustered that he was tongue tied when trying to take to her since she was a pure and unsullied female of worth and Trez, well Trez was fucking anything with 2 legs, up until he had seen Selena for the first time and now any female had nothing for him. He only wanted her.
But Selena was a bit confused. She knew he was something other, but didn't have a name for it. She dressed in her robes as the shudders went up and went down to the kitchen for coffee an one of Fritz's wonderful muffins.

She had been in the kitchen listening to Fritz have a fit over her fixing her own tea and she just had to laugh because of it. She had finally got him ushered off to help someone else in the manse and sat at the counter drinking her tea and yawned slightly. Rhage was on rotation this evening and so she sat looking for something to do.
Looking up she saw Selena walk in the kitchen and smiled. "Well good evening to you. How are you doing tonight?" She asked as she took another sip of tea.

Walking into the kitchen Selena saw Mary at the counter island. "Good eve Mary. I'm faring well and yourelf? Rhage must be on patrol tonight." Selena had learned to let the doggen and Fritz get whatever she wanted, they seemed so happy to do it. As she sat down one of the doggen brought her coffee and a basket of freshly baked muffins, blueberry, banana nut and orange/cranberry and placed them on the counter.
"Thank you," Selena told him. "Mary I was wondering if I could ask you something." She reached for a muffin and broke off a piece placing it in her mouth and chewing slowly.

Arched an eyebrow and smiled. "Of course you can Selena. What can I help you with this evening?" She swiped a muffin and smiled as she broke off a piece and popped it in her mouth. Walked over and grabbed them both a couple of paper towels and handed her one.

"Thank you," she replied taking the paper towel from Mary. "Ummm well, I'm not quite sure how to word it. You know the two brothers that are staying here, Trez and I'm not sure of his brother's name, I haven't met him yet. Well, Trez stopped to talk to me when I came to feed Rhage and well, he seemed like he was afraid to speak to me and when he did he wasn't sure what to say. Is that normal?" She sipped her coffee.

She let out a quiet snicker and smiled. "I do appreciate all you do for Rhage so I am happy to help in this situation. Did he not say anything or did he stammer over his words?" She took another sip of tea and a bite of her muffin.

Selena swallowed her bite of muffin followed by a sip of coffee. "He well, he kind of stammered part of the time and then was quiet as if trying to find something to say. I wasn't sure what to say to him. Also, I know he is other, not like me and the Brothers, but not human either. I didn't want to ask him out right though I did mention it. but he never told me what he was. But also he does have fangs like me too."

Squeezed her hand and winked. "Speak to him Selena he wants to with you considering he was stammering. If you have questions the only way to get them answered is to talk to him. Maybe just see if he would like to come down and have muffins and coffee or something you never know until you ask."

Selena turned a bit red, "but is that proper, for a female to speak before being spoken to?" She thought a moment as she sipped her coffee, "what do I talk to him about? Remember where I'm from there were no males. I'm just now able to speak with Qhuinn, Rhage, Vishous, Blay and Saxton but then that's because they talk to me before an after feeding." She looked up, twisting the paper towel in her hands. Do you think he needs to feed too? Would that be proper?"

"It is perfectly ok for a female to talk to a male last i knew we didn't live in the dark ages Selena. It's different for everyone but just try it can't hurt anything. Besides it might help him to you just never know." She walked over and gave her a hug. "And you can always ask me or one of the others for advice."

Selena finished her coffee and muffin, "thank you Mary, I appreciate the advice. I think I will try to talk to him the next time I see him. I just hope I don't say something wrong or inappropriate."
She hugged Mary and then asked the doggen for more coffee so she could take it to her room. But of course he told her he' bring it up to her.

"Don't worry to much Selena things always work out the way they are meant to be." She winked and got another cup of tea then headed back up to her and Rhage's room to watch one of the many movies they had.
